Hey, My name is Spencer Pearson. I am the first in my genaration to blacksmith for a living. I have all ways tried to honor the "respect code."   I strongly believe in preserving the quality of the things we use everyday and that the respect a name has when it's placed on a tool has to be earned.  I began blacksmithing as a hobby a little over two years ago and I strive to get better with each tool I craft.

 

Each item I create is tested to the extreme.  I even show pictures and give explanations of each step of  a project to a customer as the item is made.  Of course, not everything comes out perfect, but I always stand by my work.

 

If something I make becomes damaged, (other than normal wear and tear), I have no problem correcting the issue by either fixing the product or or making a new one.  That's one of the things I love about blacksmithing.  There is always something new to learn and I take every oppurtunity to improve on my art.
